My brother-in-law, David, just lost his battle with cancer. We’ll be in Arkansas to join the family for the funeral. David was sufferin much with cancer and had horrific reactions to treatment. His death is very sad. At the same time, the extent to which he was suffering was great. He is no longer suffering.

Sorry to hear about David’s loss. It is difficult to watch a loved one suffer like that. I’ll be praying for your family during this difficult time.

Thanks to each of you for your concerns. I am fortunate to have family in town. My wife is doing well thusfar. She has cried many tears. I am glad she’s not bottling it up.

When we leave Arkansas and head back to Minnesota, she’ll probably need those prayers and concerns all the more.
