I am on a roll, baby. My legs are sore and I am happy. You know the good kind of sore, don't you? The kind of sore that says, "darn right you're working you butt off!!!"

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about.

I shouldn't have done it, but I was traveling today and stopped by at the Crispy Cone in Highland, Arkansas and got me one of these.

This is against 40 Days of Fat law, ethics, and morality. I sinned and I confess. But I must say also that I did my 4 miles today. I should've done 6 or 8, but there is always tomorrow.

Donna has joined in the fun. Any other takers? It's never too late to join in. Feel free to spread the word.

I have started out with a bang. I have run each other 4 days so far and feel really good about it. I know I am a streak hiiter, so to speak, and get int and out of grooves. I really want this groove to linger.

When I jog in the mornings, I have conversations with people and with God. The people I am talking to are not with me and do not know I am talking with them, but I talk anyway. I sort out a lot of problems while jogging. It's a good way to relieve stress, rant and not pay for it.

My conversations with God usually have to do with how I can be a better person, protecting my family, and stuff about church and theology.

Although I am all by myself when I jog, I am never alone.
